Komatsu D155W was an amphibious remote controlled bulldozer produced in Japan from 1971 until 1993. It can be found between the office building and the main production hall of the Jupiter factory Pripyat. The engine and control equipment have been removed.
Interestingly, this particular Komatsu D155W was modified to accommodate a driver. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any information whether this was a factory option or something added later by the engineers working in Chernobyl.
