A solargraph capturing 300 sunrises over the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, created using a pinhole camera over a 10-month exposure.
On April 26, 1986, at 01:23, a reactor explosion caused by operator error and design flaws triggered the worst nuclear disaster in history, spreading radioactive fallout across Europe.
Each print is produced using a 10-colour archival pigment printing process on heavyweight 300gsm pearlescent photographic paper. For works larger than 13″x19″ please contact me directly.
